Tri-[3-(trimethoxy)silylpropyl]isocyanurate (QM-YQ41, CAS: 26115-70-8) has a melamine cyclic planar structure and multiple hydrolyzable groups. It is an adhesive accelerator with good high-temperature resistance and can be widely used in a variety of fields.
A colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid, soluble in organic solvents such as acetonitrile, acetone, and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), it hydrolyzes in water to release methanol. This product contains silanes with a polyisocyanurate structure; each molecule has nine methoxy groups, resulting in a large molecular weight, low volatility, and good oxidative stability, making it ideal as an adhesion promoter for use in high-temperature environments (such as hot melt adhesives). It can also be applied in coatings, inks, and other fields to improve the adhesion, water resistance, and corrosion resistance of coatings to substrates (glass, metal, polar plastics such as PVC, etc.).

It exhibits excellent moisture-curing ability and low alkalinity, reducing the modulus of SPUR sealants while improving elongation, tensile strength, tear strength, elasticity, and flexibility.
With a high boiling point and low volatility, it possesses excellent thermal stability, remaining stable even at temperatures up to 300°C. Suitable for various hot melt adhesives, including polyamide adhesives, it significantly enhances the stability, tear strength, and tensile strength of hot melt adhesives.
Containing nine hydrolyzable methoxy groups, it has a high crosslinking density and superior crosslinking effect, improving the adhesion of organic materials to various difficult-to-adhere surfaces (such as metals and plastics), achieving good bonding without the need for a primer.
It offers excellent application advantages and can also be used with 1K/2K polyurethane, acrylic resins, silicone rubber, epoxy resins, polyester fibers, polyolefins, and many other materials.
