Scope of Application:
Suitable for the treatment of metal workpieces such as zinc and aluminum. It is widely utilized for the anti-corrosion treatment of various aluminum and zinc products—including hardware components, electrical equipment enclosures, mechanical machinery, and items within the automotive and home appliance industries. It serves either as a final protective layer for workpieces or as a pre-treatment step prior to painting or coating.
Usage Results：
Application Method:
1. Prepare a 10% aqueous solution by diluting this product with water, then immerse the metal parts requiring cleaning into the cleaning solution.
2. Bath Temperature: Room temperature to 40°C
Immersion Time: 4–5 minutes

Cleaning and Degreasing — Two-Stage Water Rinse — Passivation Treatment — Two-Stage Water Rinse — Sealing Treatment (Optional, depending on requirements) — Drying
